I recently purchased an 8ft Olhausen Reno pool table from 1Billiards and found Robert Romero very helpful. I had been in contact with him and Mike Whitten for some time, so when I finally went to the store and mentioned what I wanted, Mr. Romero asked if I was me. That impressed me. I hope to go back and buy the theater chair. Hopes this helps anyone looking for a pool table.

Our family recently bought a new pool table here in Tulsa, OK. We went to the big guy, on the big corner, in the big building. His pool tables were a no-name, probably a private label he is making a kick-back on. Oh sure, they had the name brands at a substantially higher price. The salesman was pushy, and the installer was not someone we wanted in our house. Then we went down the street, in a suburb, to Broken Arrow. We found a medium size dealer with a national brand that I have seen on ESPN and in trade magazines. The salesman was nice, explained the pool table from top to bottom, how the slate was harvested out of the earth, the felt, the warranty, the side rails, etc. He also introduced us to the installer, and he showed us exactly how the tables were built and how the installation would be handled. The only problem was they were about $700 higher in price. Do you think that stopped me from buying something that will give the family enjoyment for years, possibly generations? No, I paid the higher price and received a better table, better service and even a friend! Now the pool table guy is invited to our house every week for pool night! - Trip and Dede English
